Import duties and taxes :

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. 

Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

We ship the items internationally with tracked mail service with insurance by Japan post EMS Smal packet. Postage is by weight.

We normally ship the items within the next 5 business days.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return the item to us within 40 days of its shipment date and we will refund you for the entire amount of your order less the shipping charges. Exchanges can also be made within 40 days of the shipment date. The following exceptions to this policy apply: 

(a) Items that have been used and cannot be resold as new.

(b) Items that are special ordered cannot be returned or exchanged.

(c) Washed garments cannot be returned or exchanged.

(d) Lines, tipets and flies once opened, cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.

Please contact us first with your order number available and let us know that you would like to return the items. We will inform you how to return the items and process your refund or exchange.
